DriveVia Network Β· Invitation-only

Move vehicles with vetted providers, documented evidence, and protected payouts.

DriveVia is the operations platform for vehicle relocation. Fleets post movements, approved independent providers accept them, and every pickup and delivery is documented before money is released.

Who it is for

Three sides of the same movement

DriveVia is built for the parties that actually move a vehicle from A to B, each with their own workspace and their own responsibilities.

Fleet operators

Dealer groups, rental operators, subscription fleets and remarketers that need vehicles moved between locations on a predictable schedule.

Provider companies

Transport and driveaway companies that manage their own drivers and want a steady, documented pipeline of relocation work.

See how providers earn

Independent providers

Approved individual providers who complete relocations themselves, capture the required evidence, and get paid on a fixed schedule.

How it works

Five steps, and nothing skipped in between

Each step has a named responsible party and a completion requirement. A mission cannot move forward until the current step is genuinely done.

  1. 01

    Fleet posts the movement

Pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, dates, and the price the fleet is willing to pay are captured in one structured request.

  2. 02

Approved providers are offered the work

Only providers that passed onboarding and hold current compliance records can see and respond to the request.

  3. 03

    The fleet accepts a provider

Acceptance locks the agreed price and creates a mission with a named responsible party on both sides.

  4. 04

    Pickup and delivery are documented

Photo evidence, odometer, fuel level and condition notes are captured at both ends before the step can be completed.

  5. 05

    Settlement and payout

The mission is settled against the locked price, then released to the provider after the standard verification hold.

For fleets

Predictable movements without chasing anyone

Fleet teams get a single operational record for every vehicle in motion, and a documented trail for every one that has already arrived.

One place for every movement

Requests, assignments, live mission status and completed history live in a single operational record instead of email threads and spreadsheets.

Vetted counterparties only

Every provider that can accept your work has an approved application and current compliance records on file.

Condition evidence at both ends

Timestamped pickup and delivery photo sets give you a defensible record when a damage question comes up later.

Price locked at acceptance

The amount agreed when the offer is accepted is the amount settled. No renegotiation after the vehicle moves.

More for fleet operators

For providers

Work you can price, plan and prove

Providers see the full scope before accepting, and the evidence they capture is what unlocks their payout.

Clear scope before you commit

Route, vehicle, dates, evidence requirements and pay are all visible before you accept anything.

A predictable payout schedule

Completed missions settle automatically and are released after the standard verification hold, so you know when money arrives.

Evidence protects you too

The same photo record that protects the fleet protects you against a claim for damage that was already there at pickup.

Approval carries forward

Onboard once. Your approved status and compliance records apply to every fleet on the network.

Evidence

The condition record is not optional

Disputes over vehicle condition are the most expensive part of relocation. DriveVia removes the ambiguity by making documentation a hard requirement of the workflow.

At pickup

A full exterior and interior photo set, odometer reading, fuel or charge level, and any pre-existing damage noted before the vehicle leaves.

In transit

Status updates and any incident reports are attached to the mission record as they happen, not reconstructed afterwards.

At delivery

The same photo set is captured again at the destination, giving a directly comparable before-and-after record.

Money

Funds in, work done, payout released

Nothing about the money is improvised. Each stage has a state you can inspect, and each amount posts to a balanced ledger.

01

Funding

The fleet funds the movement by card or bank transfer before work is released.

02

Locked price

Acceptance fixes the amount. It cannot be changed after the vehicle moves.

03

Settlement

Delivery triggers settlement of the provider amount and the DriveVia fee.

04

Release

The provider payout is released after the standard post-delivery verification hold.

Full terms, including the exact hold period and fee structure, are set out in the Payment and Payout Policy.

Coverage

What DriveVia moves today

DriveVia operates in the United States and is expanding market by market during the controlled pilot.

  • Passenger cars and SUVs
  • Light commercial vans
  • Pickup trucks
  • Electric and hybrid vehicles

Driveaway relocation only. Non-running vehicles, salvage units and heavy equipment are out of scope for the current release.

Trust and safety

Controls that hold under scrutiny

The platform assumes a dispute will happen eventually and is built so the record answers it.

Reviewed onboarding

Organizations, independent providers and company drivers submit documents that a DriveVia reviewer approves or rejects before any work is offered.

Mandatory evidence

Pickup and delivery steps cannot be completed until the required photo set and vehicle readings are captured.

Strict data isolation

Every record is scoped to the organization that owns it. Fleets never see another fleet's vehicles, requests or rates.

Auditable money movement

Settlements and payouts post to a double-entry ledger, so every amount can be traced to the mission that produced it.
