Pricing

You set the price of the movement. We charge on completion.

DriveVia does not quote your freight for you. The fleet decides what a movement is worth, providers accept it or don't, and DriveVia earns a platform fee on completed work.

Fleet operators

No subscription during the controlled pilot.

  • You publish the amount you are willing to pay per movement.
  • That amount is funded before work is released.
  • The platform fee is shown on the movement before you accept a provider.
  • Cancelled or unmatched requests are not charged.

Providers and drivers

No listing or membership fee.

  • You see your net payout before accepting.
  • The amount is locked at acceptance.
  • Settlement happens on delivery; release follows the verification hold.
  • Payment provider processing costs are disclosed on the settlement record.

What is not charged

  • Creating an account or completing onboarding.
  • Publishing a request that nobody accepts.
  • Viewing offers, missions or history.
  • Inviting teammates or drivers to your organization.

Where the exact numbers live

The current fee percentages, hold period and cancellation charges are published in the Payment and Payout Policy and the Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Those documents are the authoritative source; this page is a summary.
