Relocation work you can price, plan and prove

• Vehicle make, model, year and any handling notes.
• The exact amount you will be paid, locked at acceptance.
• The evidence you will be required to capture at each end.

• Arriving inside the agreed window and confirming the vehicle matches the request.
• Capturing the required photo set, odometer and fuel or charge level at pickup.
• Reporting any incident through the mission record as soon as it happens.
• Repeating the evidence capture at delivery before closing the mission.

A delivered mission settles automatically against the locked price. The payout is released to you after the standard post-delivery verification hold, and every amount is traceable to the mission that produced it. Exact timing and fees are set out in the Payment and Payout Policy.

• Provider companies: business registration, authorized signer, insurance evidence, and driver roster.
• Independent providers: valid driver licence, proof of identity, insurance evidence, and a clean eligibility check.
• Acceptance of the Provider Agreement and, for independent providers, the Driver Terms.
• Payout details connected through the platform's payment provider before your first release.

Applications are reviewed by the DriveVia team. You will be told what is missing rather than being silently rejected.
