SMS Terms — DriveVia HOW YOU OPT IN You may opt in in two ways. First, on our public sign-up page at driveviahq.com/sms-opt-in, where you enter your mobile number and check an unchecked-by-default consent box. Second, inside your DriveVia provider account, by checking the SMS consent box during onboarding or enabling SMS notifications in your account profile at any time. When you create a DriveVia provider account, you may choose to receive SMS text messages by checking the SMS consent box during onboarding, or by enabling SMS notifications in your account profile at any time. Consent is optional and is not a condition of using DriveVia. You may sign up, browse the marketplace, accept relocation jobs, and receive payouts without ever enabling SMS. WHAT MESSAGES YOU WILL RECEIVE If you opt in, DriveVia sends you operational messages about your work on the platform, including new vehicle relocation opportunities matching your provider account, mission assignment confirmations, and time-sensitive updates about a mission you have accepted. Urgent opportunities are marked as urgent in the message body. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. MESSAGE FREQUENCY Message frequency varies and depends on how many relocation opportunities are published and on the missions you accept. You may receive no messages in a given week, or several in a single day during active periods. COST DriveVia does not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. HOW TO STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES Reply STOP to any DriveVia message to stop receiving SMS. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may also turn SMS notifications off in your account profile at any time. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the address below. Opting out of SMS does not affect your DriveVia account. You will continue to receive email notifications and can continue working on the platform normally. YOUR INFORMATION Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering these messages. See our Privacy Policy and Platform Terms for how we handle your information generally.
