Version 2026.1-DRAFT Β· Effective 2026-08-24
DRIVEVIA INDEPENDENT DRIVER TERMS (DRAFT β NOT YET LEGALLY REVIEWED)
These Driver Terms are a plain-language summary of the rules Providers agree to follow while using the Platform and performing Missions. They do not replace the Provider Company Agreement, which is the full legal contract governing your relationship with DriveVia and controls in the event of any conflict.
1. BEFORE YOU DRIVE
- Confirm you hold a valid, unexpired Driver's License matching your verified identity.
- Confirm your own auto Insurance is current, and check with your insurer about coverage while driving a vehicle you don't own.
- Review the Mission's pickup/delivery locations, deadlines, and handling instructions before accepting.
2. DURING A MISSION
- Photograph the Vehicle's condition at pickup before departing, and at delivery before ending the Mission.
- Drive safely and lawfully. Never drive impaired. Never let anyone else drive the Vehicle.
- Use the Vehicle only for the agreed relocation β no personal errands, unauthorized passengers, or unauthorized cargo.
- If something goes wrong (accident, breakdown, damage, theft), see the Incident, Damage and Claims Policy immediately.
3. AFTER A MISSION
Confirm delivery in the app promptly and accurately. Payment is released according to the Payment and Payout Policy after the Fleet's review window.
4. WHAT CAN GET YOUR ACCOUNT SUSPENDED
- Falsifying pickup/delivery photos or Mission status.
- Operating a Vehicle unsafely, impaired, or unlawfully.
- Repeated cancellations after acceptance, or repeated verified complaints.
- Attempting to arrange payment outside the Platform to avoid fees.
