1. 01Add the vehicle, or select one already in your fleet list.
2. 02Create a relocation request with both locations, the date window and the amount you will pay.
3. 03Publish it. Approved providers on the network are offered the work.
4. 04Review responses and accept the provider you want. This locks the price and opens a mission.
5. 05Follow the mission as the provider documents pickup, transit and delivery.
6. 06Delivery closes the mission and triggers settlement.

• Fleet Admin — invites teammates, manages the vehicle list and approves spend.
• Fleet Dispatcher — creates and publishes requests, accepts providers, monitors missions.
• Fleet Viewer — read-only access to requests, missions and history.

Fleet organizations complete a reviewed application before they can publish work. Expect to provide business registration details, an authorized signer, insurance evidence, and acceptance of the Fleet Agreement.
