DRIVEVIA ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (DRAFT β€” NOT YET LEGALLY REVIEWED) In addition to the conduct rules in the Terms of Service, Fleet Services Agreement, and Provider Company Agreement, you agree not to: - Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or verification requirement. - Post, offer, or accept a Relocation Request for a stolen, unregistered, or illegally modified vehicle. - Circumvent the Platform's payment system to avoid DriveVia's platform fee. - Upload false, misleading, or manipulated documentation, photos, or Mission status updates. - Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against another User. - Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to access the Platform outside its intended interfaces. - Use the Platform for any purpose that violates federal, state, or local law. ENFORCEMENT Violations of this policy may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform, at DriveVia's discretion, in addition to any other remedies available under the applicable agreement.
