Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Version 2026.1-DRAFT Β· Effective 2026-08-24
DRIVEVIA CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
1. FLEET CANCELLATION BEFORE A PROVIDER ACCEPTS
A Fleet may cancel or edit a Relocation Request at any time before a Provider accepts it, at no cost.
2. FLEET CANCELLATION AFTER A PROVIDER ACCEPTS
If a Fleet cancels a Mission after a Provider has accepted it but before the Provider begins performance, the funded amount is refunded to the Fleet less any non-refundable processing costs already incurred. Repeated late cancellations by a Fleet may affect its standing on the Platform.
3. PROVIDER CANCELLATION AFTER ACCEPTING (NO-SHOW)
If a Provider cancels a Mission after accepting it, particularly close to or after the scheduled pickup window, this is treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in a lower rating, temporary suspension, or removal from the Platform, at DriveVia's discretion, as described in the Provider Company Agreement and Independent Driver Terms.
4. IMPACT ON RATINGS
Cancellations and no-shows by either party may be reflected in that party's rating history, visible to other Users as described in DriveVia's rating system.
5. DISPUTES OVER A CANCELLATION
If either party disputes whether a cancellation was justified (e.g., a Vehicle was not ready at pickup, or misrepresented in the posting), either party may raise the issue through the Dispute Center.
6. DRIVEVIA'S ROLE
As with all Mission-related matters, DriveVia facilitates the Platform and the Dispute Center but is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the underlying cancellation dispute between Fleet and Provider.
Effective as stated on this document's publication date.
