Electronic Communications Consent

DRIVEVIA ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT By using the driveviahq.com platform ("Platform"), operated by Purplic Global LLC ("DriveVia"), you agree to conduct your relationship with DriveVia electronically. 1. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS You consent to receive all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications from DriveVia electronically, including through the Platform, by email, or by text/SMS. This includes the Platform Terms of Service, Fleet Services Agreement, Provider Company Agreement, and all other documents referenced on the Platform's Legal page. 2. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES You agree that your electronic acceptance (such as clicking "I agree," checking a box, or otherwise confirming acceptance within the Platform) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and is valid, binding, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS To access and retain electronic communications, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser or the DriveVia mobile app, a valid email address, and the ability to download or print documents for your records if desired. 4. WITHDRAWING CONSENT You may withdraw consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting driveviahq@gmail.com, but doing so may limit or prevent your ability to use the Platform, since DriveVia's services are provided electronically. 5. UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION You are responsible for keeping your email address and phone number current in your account settings so you can receive communications and notices. Effective as stated on this document's publication date.
