Photo, Evidence and Electronic Signature Consent

DRIVEVIA PHOTO, EVIDENCE AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT (DRAFT — NOT YET LEGALLY REVIEWED) By using the Platform to complete a Mission, you consent to the following: - The Platform will prompt you to capture photos of the Vehicle at pickup and at delivery. These photos are stored securely and associated with the Mission record. - These photos may be viewed by: the Fleet and Provider involved in that Mission, and DriveVia platform administrators for support, verification, and dispute-resolution purposes. - Photos are used solely to document Vehicle condition for that Mission and any related dispute — not for marketing or any unrelated purpose without your separate consent. - Photos are retained consistent with DriveVia's Privacy Policy data-retention practices, and may be retained longer where relevant to an open or recently resolved dispute. - You represent that any photo you upload was taken by you or with the authorization of the vehicle's owner, and does not include identifiable third parties without their consent. - You consent to conducting this relationship electronically, including electronic signatures and electronic delivery of these agreements and related notices.
